ALINA
The ALINA project is dedicated to developing sustainable career prospects for women and mothers with a migration or refugee background. Its focus is on reducing deficits in education and language skills.
We offer our participants:
- Personal advice and case analysis
- Comprehensive information on the opportunities and possibilities on the Thuringian labor market
- The “ALINA timetable” for (re-)entry
- Course offerings (German courses A1 and A2 level, B1 preparation courses and computer courses for beginners and advanced learners)
- Placement in internships, qualifications, training, studies and work
ALINA stands for: Analyze, Learn, Integrate, Network, Work.
Following these guiding principles, each participant receives an “ALINA roadmap” from the team, tailored to their individual abilities and needs, which is intended to pave the way for (re-)entry into employment.
The project is aimed at women throughout Thuringia and is funded by the Free State of Thuringia and the UN Refugee Agency. There are no costs for the participants we support.
Participation requirements
- Women with a refugee or migration background
- Main residence in Thuringia
- No SGB II benefit receipt
